So when I was at PAX East I saw Disasterpeace play a set as soon as we got there. The set ruled so hard and it was such a great way to start off such a great weekend of nerding.

Went on a much shorter stroll today.

So I haven’t taken photos in a couple of days because one day was my birthday, and they next was my birthday hangover. Today I took a bit of a walk, ended up here.

So I wasn’t able to get a good photo of Zan playing her music in Kingston, so there’s this.

There’s an older style post office around here that I always thought was pretty interesting looking, but never photographed.

But here’s a typical lighthouse overlooking a bluff photo.

So I went on a trip out to Montauk with my Mother and Sister so of course I brought my camera with me. Everyone takes lighthouse photos, so I figure I’d so do something slightly different than the typically nice lighthouse on the bluffs.

Found this large tree while wondering around. No story and a cliche photo.

Long Island has a bunch of old buildings that aren’t in use, but kept up since they’re marked as historical buildings. Some are located in parks.

I went to this really weird house show in NJ today. There were a bunch of shitty drunx punx assholes, and some indie kids and whatnot. Some metal band played songs about priests entombed in shit, I missed the second band for a WaWa run, and then this band Trust Fall played and they were pretty awesome. Pictured above is Mitch and Dan (of By Surprise fame) playing as Dan & The Banana Hammocks. Last was Aspiga who totally rule. Then a bunch of kids went to Chic-Fil-A and hung out for far too long.

So more or less on a whim, I decided to head down to Philadelphia to hang out with my friends Mitch and Maddie. I kind of needed a break from Long Island and from sleeping on an air mattress. A couch is a huge step up. We got a damn good pulled pork at Sketch Burger, felt like death from overindulgence. Mitch and I ended up heading over to see By Surprise which was a pretty pleasant experience overall.

I find myself in port a lot for lack of anything better to do, so today I went to Billy’s bar, sat down, had a pint and a reuben then walked around some.

Went down port again. Seagulls everywhere.
