I made supper for the family tonight, and I’m kinda cheating with this photograph because my car was in the shop all day to get things checked out. I made stew with a base of chicken broth, olive oil, and a red wine. In the stew was mushrooms, onions, kidney beans, sage, tomatoes, and potato gnocchi. On the side I made some some biscuits and asparagus.
